Job Overview:
Eisco Group is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager of Sales to lead the sales team in achieving revenue growth and expanding market presence. The GM of Sales will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and oversee day-to-day sales operations. This role includes setting sales targets, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring efficient use of resources. The successful candidate will lead and mentor the sales team, identify new market opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and align with the company’s goals of long-term customer satisfaction and business expansion.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales processes, strategy development, and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
Experience in the scientific or educational equipment sector.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships at a senior level.
